Dynamic Autoworks | Return and Exchange Policy

At Dynamic Autoworks, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our valued customers. We kindly ask you to carefully inspect all items upon delivery. Before initiating any returns or exchanges, we recommend that you thoroughly review and understand our policy guidelines:

Returns:

  • A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns to cover the costs associated with order processing and restocking. However, if you prefer store credit, the restocking fee may be waived. Feel free to reach out to us for further discussion.
  • Electronics must be returned in their original packaging with the tamper seal intact to qualify for credit, exchange, or refund.
  • Prior approval is required before returning any items. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN#) and provide the reason for your return. All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Approved returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of receiving your RAN#.
  • Returned items must be in brand new condition and in their original packaging.
  • Please note that shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
  • Special order items are not eligible for returns, cancellations, or refunds.
  • Once your returned items have been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued within 2-3 days.
 

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to make an exchange, please contact us to discuss the details.
  • Exchanges may involve additional shipping charges, unless an error was made on our part. In case of our mistake, we will provide a return shipping label to facilitate a smooth exchange process.

While international shipping is not available at the moment, we are actively working on expanding our services to reach global destinations. Response Times & Order Processing:

Most orders are typically processed within 2-4 days. Please note that there may be occasional delays due to various factors. Some items may have longer lead times than usual, primarily due to manufacturing challenges and the heightened demand for products as more individuals are working remotely.

Special Orders Information:

Special orders encompass items that are not typically stocked, such as products requiring shipment from overseas or those that are customized upon request. If you wish to place a special order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Notably, special orders may necessitate a deposit. It’s important to acknowledge that special orders are final, and we do not accept returns, cancellations, or provide refunds under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Price Matching Policy:

We are pleased to offer price matching on any GENUINE price listing. To be eligible for a price match, the following conditions must be met:

  • The advertised price must be from an authorized dealer.
  • The competitor must have the item in stock.
  • The competitor’s price must be current and up to date.
  • If the competitor’s discounted price is based on an outdated or incorrect Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP), we reserve the right not to match the price.

To initiate a price match request, kindly email us the link to the webpage featuring the advertisement along with your shipping address. Upon verifying the price, we will either match or beat the competitor’s price.

How to Check Your Order Status:

For updates on your order status, please visit our Order Tracking Page and provide the zip code and email address used during the order placement.

At Dynamic Autoworks, we are committed to keeping you informed. In the event that any item in your order is unavailable or on backorder, rest assured that we will contact you promptly via phone and/or email. Your approval will be sought to either retain the item on backorder or cancel it as per your preference. Backordered items are swiftly shipped once they become available.

Please be advised that Dynamic Autoworks will not charge your account until your order is ready for shipment. Should you wish to inquire about the availability of an item before placing your order, feel free to reach out to us. Your satisfaction is paramount to us at Dynamic Autoworks.

 

Emissions Regulations Notice:

Dynamic Autoworks adheres to the regulations set forth by the California Air Resources Board (CARB). Please be advised that the sale or utilization of emissions-related components that modify the functionality of emissions-related devices, or those that alter emissions standards, is prohibited in California unless:

An Executive Order has been issued by the California Air Resources Board.

The part qualifies as a Replacement Part as outlined in the California Code of Regulations, Title 13, Section 1900(b)(2).

The part is explicitly authorized for Closed Circuit Use.
